Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Processing times may vary for large equipment, refurbished machines, special-order items, oversized products, or freight shipments.

Shipping Locations

Turf Equipment USA currently ships within the United States. Some items may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, freight availability, or delivery location.

If an item cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options may vary depending on the product ordered.

Smaller items, replacement parts, and accessories may ship by standard ground carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Large equipment, refurbished machines, ride-on spreaders, aerators, seeders, and oversized products may require freight shipping or special delivery arrangements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout when available. Final shipping charges may depend on the item’s size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

For oversized equipment or freight items, shipping may need to be quoted separately. If additional freight information or a custom shipping quote is required, we will contact you before completing shipment.

Any shipping, handling, delivery, freight, or logistics charges will be clearly communicated before your order is finalized or shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier, shipping method, destination, and product type.

Typical delivery estimates are:

• Standard ground shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
• Freight or oversized equipment shipping: 5–14 business days after processing, depending on carrier availability and destination
• Local pickup or arranged delivery: scheduled directly with Turf Equipment USA

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, product availability, or freight scheduling.

Freight Shipping

Large equipment and oversized items may ship by freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require a commercial address, loading dock, forklift, liftgate service, or scheduled delivery appointment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access delivery, re-delivery, storage fees, or missed delivery appointments.

Please inspect all freight shipments upon delivery. If there is visible damage, note the damage with the carrier before signing and contact us immediately.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for certain products. If local pickup is selected or arranged, we will contact you when your order is ready and provide pickup instructions.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

For freight shipments, tracking details or carrier contact information may be provided once the shipment has been scheduled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Turf Equipment USA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, additional fees, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

For damaged shipments, please keep all packaging materials, take photos of the damage, and contact us as soon as possible.
